Borovik is an
artificial lake located west of
Đakovo, created by damming the
Vuka river in 1978. The lake covers an area of 160
hectares with a depth of 15 meters, a length of approximately 7000 meters, an average width of about 300 meters, and a total water volume of 8,500,000 m³. The lake got its name from the former settlement Borovik.
